Fedecom offers a free teaching package for the elective course “Mobile Equipment Technician” in VMBO: discover the world of technology!

Fedecom makes technical education accessible and inspiring for young people. We can’t start inspiring young people to join our sector early enough. That’s why, in collaboration with Platform Tim, Fedecom is offering the complete curriculum for the elective course “Mobile Equipment Technician” free of charge to all VMBO schools this school year (2024–2025). This elective course gives students the opportunity to learn about the technology behind machines and mobile equipment and to prepare for a future in the technical sector.

Why choose this elective? This free book package encourages schools to include the course in their curriculum. As a result, more students have the opportunity to explore this field, and we’ve seen various schools expand their offerings. It’s a great opportunity for young people who might otherwise never come into contact with technology.

A Bridge to the Real World

The curriculum was developed in collaboration with educational institutions and the business community. As a result, the lessons are closely aligned with everyday practice and the needs of the job market. For students, this provides an ideal foundation for advancing to MBO programs in the technical sector.

At Fedecom , we continue to invest in inspiring technical education. For example, we are currently developing a guest lecture on “milking equipment maintenance” for secondary education and already offer guest lectures in other technical fields.
