Aeres Tech is introducing a new program that perfectly aligns with the practical realities of our sector: Mobile Equipment Technician for Adults. This learning pathway is designed for career changers and employees who want to advance in the field of mechanical repair. This program is tailored to their practical experience and work situation.

Over the course of two years, participants gradually progress toward becoming all-around mobile equipment technicians, while remaining largely available to work at their companies.

A learning path tailored to adults

The program consists entirely of hands-on modules and aligns seamlessly with on-the-job work. Key features of the program include:

• No general courses—only subject-specific modules.
• 12 weeks of instruction, each with its own theme (such as hydraulics, diagnostics, electrical systems, engines, and GPS).
• Learning by doing: learning and working go hand in hand.
• Small groups of up to 12 participants.

Added Value for Employers

For companies, this program offers an efficient way to train or retain technical talent. Participants are away from the workplace for only a limited time. Aeres Tech also supports companies through a Grow Coach who provides on-the-job guidance. The program is closely aligned with real-world practice, allowing new knowledge to be applied immediately.
