Behind this certification mark is a strong network of affiliated companies, inspectors, and professionals. To further strengthen this network, we are seeking a project assistant who can maintain an overview, take initiative, and ensure projects run successfully.
What will you be doing?
As a VA Keur Project Assistant, you will ensure that certification and quality projects run smoothly, from planning through implementation. You will maintain an overview, monitor progress, and ensure that colleagues, member companies, inspectors, and committees remain fully engaged.
Your areas of interest include:
- Coordinating and monitoring projects around company and ISO certification;
- Answering questions from member companies and inspectors by phone and email;
- Supporting and preparing the VA Keur Technical Committee;
- Organizing and coordinating training, education and in-depth sessions;
- monitoring schedules, processes and quality;
- Translating standards and regulations into practical applications;
- Identifying improvement opportunities within processes and services.
Who are you?
You bring structure to your work, think ahead, and thrive on organizing and improving processes. You feel at home in an environment where technology, regulations, and practical application converge, and you’re able to quickly navigate interactions with various stakeholders.
In addition:
- Have a completed college education;
- Do you have experience with project management and/or secretarial work;
- Work fluently with MS Office and digital systems;
- you can make complex standards and regulations understandable and practical;
- Combine your organizational, administrative and communication skills;
- Do you have an affinity with education, certification and quality management;
- work independently and actively seek cooperation.
