Job Opening: Board Member, Agricultural Technology Division

Within Fedecom , the Agricultural Technology Division focuses on promoting and supporting innovation and development in the agricultural technology sector. Our goal: to share knowledge, foster collaboration, and actively represent the interests of members active in agricultural technology. This division is one of four divisions within Fedecom.

To strengthen our board, we aim for balanced representation of the sector. That is why we are seeking candidates who possess administrative vision and industry knowledge.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Actively participate in board meetings (at least 4 times a year);

• Contribute ideas and help shape the organization’s strategy and policies (both for the division specifically and for Fedecom as a whole)

• Collaborate with the other board members to achieve the goals of the Agricultural Engineering Division;

• Representing the organization at events and meetings.

We are looking for:

• A strong motivation to make an impact within the Agricultural Engineering sector;

• A management position at a tractor importer;

• A management position within a supplier company in the agricultural mechanization sector;

• Strong communication and collaboration skills;

• A proactive and results-oriented attitude;

• You must be a member of Fedecom.
