In the Clean and Emission-Free Construction (SEB) Pavilion, visitors gain insight into the machinery, techniques, and requirements that will become mandatory in all phases of the SEB covenant, through which the Netherlands is moving toward clean and emission-free construction.

Clean and Zero-Emission Construction Pavilion

Through the SEB Covenant, the Netherlands is moving toward clean and emission-free construction. This is in the interest of nature, the climate, and our health. To achieve this, emissions from construction equipment—such as mobile work vehicles, feed vehicles, and watercraft—must be reduced, thereby contributing to the progress of construction projects now and in the future. The rollout of SEB is divided into four phases: 2024, 2025, 2028, and 2030. Different emission requirements apply to these phases depending on the power category of the mobile machinery. In this pavilion, visitors take a journey through time, exploring the four different phases of the agreement; for each phase, machines and technologies that will become mandatory are showcased. Preconditions such as charging stations, safety, and maintenance are also addressed, along with issues like capacity, purchase price, cost per unit, availability, and subsidy options for buyers. The green sector is not yet part of this agreement, but is likely to be included in the near future.

The Fedecom trade shows AgroTechniek Holland and GroenTechniek Holland will be held simultaneously for the second time, while retaining their own identities and trade show concepts and allowing free access between the two events. The trade show will be open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Wednesday, September 11, through Saturday, September 14, 2024. The event is organized by Fedecom Fairs, a trade show organization wholly owned by Fedecom.
