Invitation for Workshop Managers: Come to AgroTechniek HollandGroenTechniek Holland

In March, Aeres Tech in Ede organized the “Workshop Manager Day.” On this day, various speakers discussed the best ways to manage a workshop. Former cyclist Gert Jacobs, for example, spoke about the importance of collaboration in building the strongest possible team. During workshops, participants gained insights and tips on topics such as managing stress in the workplace and dealing with different generations within a company.

Looking back on a successful day, we promised to organize a follow-up session. Here, we’ll delve further into all the topics discussed that day.
