Take advantage of the new EIP grant program for digitization and automation

From November 11, 2025, through January 7, 2026, consortia of agricultural entrepreneurs, technology suppliers, and other stakeholders can apply for grants for innovative digitization and robotization projects in agriculture and horticulture.

Who is it for?
This grant is for partnerships carrying out a project. The project focuses on innovation for sustainable and future-proof agriculture and contributes to strengthening nature and creating a livable rural environment. The focus here is on digitization and robotization.

What is a partnership?
A partnership consists of at least one farmer and one or more other participants. For example, a farmer, a technology developer, a research institution, or a supply chain or industry organization.

What is the grant for?
This program is for innovative development projects. These projects are aimed at advancing digitization and automation in agriculture and horticulture. For example, a project focused on the development or adaptation of agricultural robots. Or a project focused on establishing the necessary digital infrastructure for such applications. This includes algorithm development, cybersecurity, and data sovereignty.

Budget
The available budget is €10,470,000, with a minimum project budget of €125,000 and a maximum of €500,000 per application.
