Fall 2026: Investing in Leadership, Sales, and Workshop Structure

A new role requires new skills. The best mechanic moves up to become a workshop manager, an experienced employee takes charge of the warehouse, and a technician is given responsibility for mentoring an apprentice. It is precisely at such moments that good support is crucial.

After the summer, Aeres Tech will therefore launch a new series of hands-on training courses. Between September 23 and November 4, ten training sessions are scheduled in the areas of inspection, workshop management, parts, leadership, sales, and entrepreneurship.

Workshop and warehouse

  • Parts Manager Training –Tuesday, October 27. For managers and warehouse supervisors who want to gain a better grasp of inventory management, KPIs, customer contact, and collaboration with the workshop.
  • Senior Workshop Manager Training –Wednesday, October 28. For experienced managers who want to further develop their skills in time management, forward planning, leadership, and team coaching.
  • Workshop Manager Training –Wednesday, November 4. For new and experienced managers who want to develop their skills in leading, communicating, planning, and collaborating.
