On Friday, September 18, the event “Accelerating Together Toward Zero Collisions” will take place. Fedecom is one of the partners in this initiative, which is working toward a future free of collisions between people and large machinery. We can only achieve this ambition if we work together—from the shop floor to executive management.

Program

The day begins with a keynote address by Prof. Dr. Jop Groeneweg. Drawing on his many years of expertise in the field of safety, he will show where we, as a sector, can make a difference.

Afterward, you’ll get to work yourself using the interactive approach of the HZC Praatcafé, based on the Design Thinking method. In small groups, you’ll go through three rounds:

Round 1: Taking Stock
What risks and challenges do we see? Where do you want to take action, and what obstacles are you facing?
Round 2: Generating Solutions
How do we remove obstacles? What resources, techniques, and partnerships are needed to achieve this?
Round 3: Building Bridges
What concrete steps will we take in the short and long term toward a joint approach for the entire sector?
