Metalektro Collective Bargaining Agreement

If you are a Fedecom member, are you covered by the Metalektro Collective Bargaining Agreement? If so, a different collective bargaining agreement applies to you than the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metalworking Industry. The Metalektro Collective Bargaining Agreement is negotiated between FME, the employers’ organization for the technology industry, and the labor unions. FME is the party that conducts the collective bargaining negotiations on behalf of the employers.

If you are covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metalworking Industry, please read our article “Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metalworking Industry.”

Structure of the collective bargaining agreement

The Metalektro Collective Bargaining Agreement consists of several parts:

  • the Basic Collective Bargaining Agreement, which applies to most employees;
  • the A+O collective bargaining agreement (Labor Market and Training);
  • the RVU collective bargaining agreement (early retirement plan);
  • The Collective Bargaining Agreement for Senior Staff.

Where can you find the collective bargaining agreement?

The complete, up-to-date Metalektro Collective Bargaining Agreement, including all of the above sections, can be found at: Metalektro Collective Bargaining Agreement 2026.
